My New Great Dane Puppy
I finally found one he is 4 months old and sweet as he can be.
More like he found me . It was one of the odd things that happen. I had given up on finding a Dane I could afford ran into a lady at a swap meet I went to she had hers with her . Not for sale .. I left her my phone number . I was talking about her dog the other morning and about 3 hours later the phone rang . Her son had a litter mate to hers and also the father , worked did not have much time for 2 . So I ended up buying the littler mate for a very reasonable price .. I have always had a Great Dane lost mine a few years ago.. I am a Happy Camper Gin

Adorable!! Doesn't look like a puppy to me as we have miniature pinschers. We have one full grown female that is 3.5 pounds.

Oh Gin, I'm so happy for you!!! He is just precious...
I'm looking to adopt another dog from a shelter or humane society and have been contemplating a Great Dane. However, most of them are heavier than me and would be taller than me if they stood up on their hind legs. I'm worried I won't be able to handle/ train it properly and end up being a bad owner.
I wish you and your little one (soon to be ginormous one) a long happy life together! What is his name?

Tracy , they are gentle giants I have had 5 in my life time not all at once .
Down side is they are not a long lived breed I lost mine around 10 years old . If you get a young Dane spend time with it to learn to lead, sit , lay down and the big No ! they are very smart and learn quick . Not sure about the name yet they called him MoJo I have been calling him just Jo ..

I think he's lovely, Gin, and may be you could call him Joe - he looks very masculine even though he's not full grown
