Archie is a cutie. And I wish I had one. I did see one that was born at the beginning of Jan. 08 for sale but not AKC registered but CKC, which I never heard of. There was a male and female. Don't they say females make better pets or am I wrong? Thanks for the update. Don

Hi Don, CKC is Continental or Canadian registry. They do say females are better watch dogs but I wouldn't know I have never had a female. Aside from my Alsatian German Shepard we had years ago I think Archie is going to be a close second.
Glad you enjoyed the pic's

Update on Archie and his new Pal Joey
Hey there everyone well Archie is almost 11 months old and quite the clown. He constantly wants me to play with him or sit in my lap. So I thought why not get him a playmate???? Is this a good idea or not????? So I did it I got him a pal to play with. He was 9 weeks old and a miniature Schnauzer. He will be black and silver and has 4 white feet. His name is Joey and he is such a calm pup.
It took all of 2 or 3 minutes for them to start playing the day I brought him home. So here are some of Joey and Archie.
Joey got his first haircut soon after coming home he was just a ball of fur you couldn't see his face. The last photo is of Archie what a face.
Enjoy - Sheridan

Question, how much does an adult Miniature Schnautzer weigh? I have that rat terrier like dog, that wants my lap to but with his long legs and twice the weight of a JRT my lap is too small LOL

Most Miniature Schnauzers can weigh up to 15 lbs. Archie is just a bit smaller then that maybe 14 lbs. The toy Schnauzers don't go above 10 lbs.
Just got more photos

Handsome little one! Seems a sweet puppy to me! Had to convert Sjaaks weight to lbs. He is 26 lbs. You'll need an extra wide chair by the time both are full grown to fit them both on your lap. I'm sure you, euh I mean *they* figure out a way to get what they want. heh.

Update on the Boys Joey and Archie
Well Archie had his first birthday December 17th and Joey was 4 months old December 15th. Joey is growing like a weed and just about as big as Archie. Archie loves to curl up in the new couch (dogs) under the covers. Joey is like a bull in a china shop playing hard and banging his head on the coffee table.
They keep me entertained.
