Default Not exactly a pet.

One of a family of 4 or 5 Shingle Back or Blue Tongue lizards we have living around the house.

That's a wonderful looking lizard, Roy. I wish we had some of them around here--for now I guess I'll just have to make do with the abundance of squirrels (which I would imagine are much more mischievous than your family of lizards).

Ramon, what happened to the picture that was with your profile? You seem to have turned into a cartoon!

Steve, these bloke just wander round cleaning up the bugs etc. Fotunately we don't have Chip & Dale here, we have possums that can do enough damage, along with bush rats, deer, cockatoos, kangaroos, rabbits, Corellas ( bird like cockatoo )... welcome to an open plains zoo.

Actually, Roy, I think that I would very much enjoy getting to experience your open plains zoo--well, with the notable exceptions of the numerous poisonous snakes you guys have in your part of the world. Although I like snakes in general, I would want to give a lot of space to anything that's capable of assisting me with an earlier-than-desired exit from the plant. :-)

well, my little cousin (actually taller than me!) is studying graphic design and graphic animation, and is very kinn of japanese graphics. she discovered the website FaceYourManga.com | Shake Yourself! and send "manga versions" of most of us via e-mail... it was quite funny, and now we all have "infected" with the manga version of ourselves (I have several different version, depending on the mood and the situation, and they change constantly in my Facebook)

Awesome lizard, it looks really cool! I like it better than the small lizards we have here, that live between the stones of the house. I can see why it's called the shingle back lizard.

Ramon, it looks like your avatar is wearing prison duds! Looks really cool though. I think that I'm going to make myself one of those manga faces for my Facebook profile too, I'm getting bored with the current pic there!
