Yes, I think they do say that about Texas, but judging from the plants and animals I have seen from Florida on this board I am starting to wonder if "they" should change that phrase. LOL

I think I might over-fertilize my kitties too. They have dieted before but make up for having less food by sleeping even more!

Looks like he's been eating ALOT of lizards He's so cute and appears to be a camera ham. Cats are so smart and have the most unique personalities. My daughter had one that weighed 23 lbs. How much does Stormy weigh?

Thanks everyone for your comments! We love this guy even though he is a very grouchy cat . He is from cat rescue and was bottle raised. This somehow made him feel like he is equal to people. No fear at all about getting into a disagreement with creatures 10 times his size! He also loves to eat. He weighs 20 lbs and he is not a tall cat! Dieting makes him even grouchier. So we just let him have what he wants. Very spoiled! He catches a lizard once in a while, but doesn't eat them. Too slow for most other creatures (plus no claws). He hates ducks and chases them out of the yard. Now that is a very funny site!
