Roger the antique pug dog
Roger the pug will be turning 15 years old next month. Most of his black mask has long faded to gray, giving his face a look that to me is reminiscent of that of a jumping spider. And he's possibly insane at this point also, being scared of kittens but wanting to pick fights with the male Irish Wolfhound next door (he is, of course, completely oblivious of his guardian angel, the fence).

He looks really comfy there.
I think there is always a big dog inside a little one, we have a Jack Russell Terrier who will take on our German Shepherd if he starts to annoy her!

I am a life-long dog lover, and I love all kinds of dogs, but I have a special place in my heart for the seniors.

Thank you, everyone! And Roger would thank you also, especially if you had some foul-smelling salmon treats (I did not make the mistake of purchasing that more than once).

Foul smelling is the best heheh. I have dried sheep "spaghetti" for the dogs and it smells like a barn full of sheep that desperately needs some new bedding.

Sweet little man. He probably looks the way some folks feel after the holidays. Happy New Year to Roger and family.
