What a sweet girl. Who can say no to treats? Even on a full tummy I find room for more covid calories. I had eyes on her and ears picked up on your resident birds! TY.

Ginger cat was stuck in this region due to lots of rain overnight. The area is obviously drying out. She is seen to be still sleepy here - 'indirectly' due to the rain. I think the rain drove a mouse out ----- which ginger cat probably spent much of the night stalking and eventually catching, then eating. Only the intestine (as gruesome as it is) remains - next the back door). The poor mouse, as the mice are innocent residents too.

hahahaha Fuerte ----- the remains are still there right now, next to the back door. It is too gruesome haha. If I post pics of it, it might put people here off their dinner, or breakfast or lunch hahahaha. I decided to just leave the internals (intestine) there --- which is quite sizeable actually --- and surprisingly, so was definitely quite a large mouse I think. Not small at all. I was planning to allow the insides to dry out first before disposing of it. But it was raining again last night too - which didn't help hahaha.

Over time, our cats have proven to me that they can't function with less than 22 hrs of sleep per day.
Your pics of Ginger verify that she needs the same.

Ginger cat indeed does sleep a lot hehehe. She has an interesting behaviour though! When I'm around, she tends to stay awake and mostly active - most likely because ginger cat is food driven hehehe - pretty much always waiting for me to give her some food.
Very very interestingly - ginger cat is surprisingly not lazy. As in - if I'm around - even when she is sleeping or resting, she has no trouble at all with getting up. She might stretch a bit as she is getting up, but rarely stays sleeping. It is interesting. I think once again - she is food driven hahaha
