Den. Fire Wings - Cold or Sunburn Issue?

I have a Den. Fire Wings (Big Alex x Silver Wings). Moved it an a not so great time last summer into S/H. But it's been recovering well and pushing out new growths. This isn't really a Pest or Disease, but not sure where else to put it. The leaves that are cut off had JUST been cut. Yes, should have taken the pics before. Didn't realize I'd end up wanting some advice.

I've had two different go-rounds this winter of an electric heater fail in the basement area where they winter over. First time didn't realize for about a month. Lowest lows were around 55-58f. Then about a month ago, second heater failure, lows around 53-58f.

This looks sort of like sunburn, but it's doubtful. Lights are somewhere in between Catt, Onc, and Den optimums (covering a lot of bases, I know). Is this what too much cold looks like? I'm not a very good Den grower anyway, but I sure like this one and I've managed to keep it alive for at least 6 years. What do ya think? Cold or sunburn?

That looks like spider mite damage or underwatering.

Not so fast. I thought I had mites. I treated and treated only to find I had underwatered (and they do lose old leaves). My bet is on cold damage though. I see several of my plants get too cold . BTW, I have that same plant, nice to see it in bloom.

Not spider mites. Doubtful it’s underwatering. It’s in SH

Then I'll join the guess that it's cold.

Any particular theory on why cold from appearance if leaves? Or just a pacifying guess? Not trying to be rude, just really wanted some rationale to go with my best guesses.

Well, my opinion is based in the look of my cold damaged plants.

That said, I have trouble with the latouria types. My leaves look white, as if they were sucked by spider
mites but, they're not. I think mine is lamp burn. At any rate, my foliage looks crummy.

Yes, I have a few that have same look. Imma move a bunch over to a different shelf, raise light, and see if it helps. I don't know how to tell difference between cold and sunburn issues.
