Default Phalaenopsis leaf spots

Hello Fellow Orchid enthusiasts,

Hope you all had a great Christmas,

I am facing a problem with some of my SWC phals; I have an enclosed setup, under the jars I have led lights for root zone warmth, and above I have Led grow lights; I have a small pc fan for air circulation, It is on around 6 hours a day, temp is fairly stable, nights doesn't fall below 60, and daytime doesn't fall below 65, all phals are in spike.
i the last couple of days I noticed some spots on the leafs of 4 phals, the remainder 10 phals are ok; can anyone please help me identify the problem and offer me a solution?

Thank you all in advance.

Any chance insects caused this? I think it also happens sometimes with cool temperatures. They would be happier if your nights were warmer.

Agreed, insect damage. This does NOT mean you have bugs, it means at some point in time, the plants were chewed on.

I had identical damage to my windowsill Phals when a leafhopper ended up in the house. I don’t have problems with them outside, but I think when he got trapped in the house my Phals were the only option.
