Unfortunately, it's not possible to accurately diagnose viral infection from a photograph. You'll need to send some plant material to a lab for testing if you need confirmation.

It could be caused by any number of issues, if you want help beyond random guessing, you'll need to provide some detailed information about your growing conditions and care routine.

I agree that testing would be required for a definitive diagnosis.

If the plant has only bloomed once like this, and you suspect adverse conditions could be the cause, isolate it from other plants and see how it performs under better growing conditions. This will still only suggest what you may want to do next with the plant. (A) It blooms poorly, with or without color break, the leaves may or may not show virus symptoms, plant may grow poorly. If this happened, I would be likely to discard it. You can still do a lab test for virus, hoping it will be negative. Or (B) next time it blooms, it blooms like a healthy plant, showing no color break. It grows well, leaves show no virus symptoms. You may still put other plants if the plant becomes asymptomatic, no sign of virus, so grow the plant as isolated. To be able to grow with other plants, it is still better to test for virus.

If the blooms always look like that - you should assume its a virus and throw it out. You might separate that plant from the others.

If it has other issues - mites / scale / mealybug, root damage * root rot - it could just be a fungal infection. Those can clear up on new leads if you improve growing conditions (add a few fans usually does the trick).

How much do you care about that plant? If you care about it, then I'd try to get another healthy season out of it before deciding what to do.

But sometimes making room for new plants is better.
