If the blooms always look like that - you should assume its a virus and throw it out. You might separate that plant from the others.
If it has other issues - mites / scale / mealybug, root damage * root rot - it could just be a fungal infection. Those can clear up on new leads if you improve growing conditions (add a few fans usually does the trick).
How much do you care about that plant? If you care about it, then I'd try to get another healthy season out of it before deciding what to do.
But sometimes making room for new plants is better.
