Thanks for all the help. I haven't seen neem oil anywhere yet, so it looks like something I'll have to order online. I'll stick to the Difocol for now, since it seems to be the best thing that exists in the EU. I hope my poor plant pulls though, but I wouldn't be surprised if it died seeing the sorry shape it's in.
