Default Dendrobium welting and yellowing

Hello guys! It’s been a few years since I’ve grown orchids. In short, I’ve never bought dendros before but I found three in Kroger’s that I brought home. One seems to be in bad shape with yellowing stems and leaves starting from the bottom up. Was growing in a West window sill but has been moved away from other plants. Some parts of the leaves look uneven in color, but I’m not sure if that is an issue. Someone is babysitting my orchids temporarily.

It’s overwatered and has been placed in front of a box fan to reduce the saturation.

Does this orchid need any treatment or repotting?
PS, the pictures did not show up as clear as they are in my phone. There is a smAll new lead that may be compromised. There was a soggy piece of bark sitting on it. Not sure if it is okay or not
