Twice you've mentioned seeing these pests in the soil. Your orchid isn't actually planted in soil, is it? I hope you are just using that as a general term to refer to the potting medium you are using.

Hello! The potting medium that the orchid came in is bark chips but they are really old and have decomposed and look more like soil with pencil shavings in it. Suprisingly, the roots are really healthy! I was planning to repot it into chunky wood chips after it was done flowering but I will probably have to repot it before then so I can get rid of these pests!

Also, thank you everyone for the suggestions/help! I will probably repot the plant, spray/soak it with soapy water with neem oil, spray with my 3 in 1 spray, then maybe hydrogen peroxide, and then repot it with new disinfected wood chips. Over the next few weeks I'll watch carefully to see if the infestation is still there.

I don't see the need for peroxide. It's quite controversial here.

Ok, I'll skip on the hydrogen peroxide then. Thanks for your help!

Okay, that's good to know. Thanks for clarifying. Good luck in getting rid of the bugs.
