Don't pay attention to the cut, the orchid fell down from the table and the sick leaf has broken.
Is a new leaf (1 month) and during this time the plant was outside on the balcony. I sprayed a fungicide on it but did not help.
The plant is still beautiful and continues to grow, maybe it's a bit stressed one keiki and another leaf were born, instead of a new spike.

I'm afraid that it will infect the rest of the plant. Is better to cut the leaf?

I had a new orchid that put out a leaf similar to that. Its next leaf had a short section near the tip that was similar but the rest grew normally. It's since grown other leaves that are normal. I'd suggest you don't panic but keep an eye on it.

I suspect tiny rasping insects attacked it when it was very young.

Looks like pseudomonas, a bacterial infection cased by warm, humid, still air. Looks like it has coalesced and is inactive now, but could become active when conditions become favourable agian. Remove the infected leaf soon. The bacteria moves by splashing water, so don’t water from above, set the pot in a bowl of water and let it soak up the water. Increase air flow around plant with a fan, and give it a little more light if possible. Good luck with it, the plant should recover.
