70% alcohol works great as a spray. It kills them but not the eggs, so you need to spray every few days for several weeks. Here isopropyl alcohol 70% is readily available. I have read not so in Europe, but ethyl alcohol is available?
Spider mites are native to Eurasia, so you will always have them.

Isopropyl it's not common around here while ethyl 96% (in volume) you can buy in any drugstore or pharmacy.
I've damaged some leaves in past applications so I must reduce the concentration, again in volume, from 5% to something like half. It may not kill so many but will weaken the survivors.

Yes, that's something we must know hot to live with.
Dilute the 96% to about 70%. That should work without damaging the leaves. It's close to 100% so you could put 700ml in a spray bottle and fill with water to 1000ml to get just under 70%.
