Isopropyl it's not common around here while ethyl 96% (in volume) you can buy in any drugstore or pharmacy.

Dilute the 96% to about 70%. That should work without damaging the leaves. It's close to 100% so you could put 700ml in a spray bottle and fill with water to 1000ml to get just under 70%.
