Default Paphiopedilum with orange spots on leaves

I purchased a NOID paphiopedilum orchid around two months ago and converted it to S/H. It seems to be slowly adjusting as it was growing a new leaf that was very limp and has since become turgid and upright.
I just noticed that its two bottom leaves seem to be turning orange/yellow and dying and also some orange spots on the new leaf that's growing.
I just wanted to verify whether this looks like some sort of bacterial or fungal disease or if it's some leaf loss due to the stress the plant may be under while acclimating to S/H.

I thought I responded to this but I don't see my response.

The dark brown spots are scrapes and bruises from being bumped and jarred. They won't go away but won't spread.

The lighter spot looks like something dripped on the plant. If it doesn't spread I wouldn't worry about it.
