Default Dendrobium Phalaenopsis Issues

Hi I was wondering if anyone could please give me some advice or recommendations on how to take better care of my new dendrobium phalaenopsis? Please see attached pictures for details. My orchid home is located on an east window and since I got it as a rescued plant the leaves having slowly continued to turn to this light yellowish color and these little dark black spots started to appear which appear to be sunburns? After examining the roots they seem to look pretty healthy and green also. Lastly I have also applied some water and hydrogen peroxide only on the dark spots that have appeared mainly on the yellow leaves with a 50/50 solution mix.

I wouldn't use peroxide, it's very controversial. If the plant has dried out extensively, it can cause those spots, as can age. They lose their older leaves after a couple years. During the growing season, don't let them dry out. You can cut back a tad in the winter. Bright indirect light, but error on the higher side. Keep the pot small and low.

Thanks for your advice it's about one week old when I got it had a few more greenish/yellowish leaves. So after I got it home I went ahead and removed the questionable leaves as a precautionary. So if I understand correctly this yellow leaves is it's normal process since the leaves are older because it's also in the process of shedding those leaves? I'm still confused about wha to look out for because some dark spots appeared while in the process of adjusting to it's new enviroment which I believe it got too much direct sunlight and got sunburned? My main question is what should I be looking out for example if the orchid is sick example: diseased, viral infection, or stressed?

Some dens shed old leaves. Underwaterer can cause spots. Sunburn looks different, bleached and driedgenerally. Let the old leaves fall off naturally. It needs bright light but not necessarily hot direct sun. A sheer curtain over a bright window. I realize this is important to you but you are perhaps overthinking and needlessly worrying. Plants seldom have perfect foliage.

If you have a virus, you will know for sure. Your plant looks healthy.

Hey everyone here is an updated pic of my dendrobium orchid. I suspect it might be fungal or bacterial infection? Not sure how this started caused by some type of injury which allowed an infection and now that I trying to help it back to being healthier and better . It seems like after removing one leaf another yellow leaf starts keeps on and dark spot. I went ahead and removed the yellow leaves, checked the roots they don’t seem to be mushy besides needing some cleanup and trimmed, examined the root system no black or dark spots from what I could tell. Afterwards I removed and tossed out the old potting medium and repotted it with the new medium since it was dry I watered it afterward. Lastly does any tips or suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it

I don't see anything wrong with your plant.

I repotted my dendrobium and it's doing a lot better now and no more spots and yellowing leaves plus it has more green and is growing new roots
