Leaf pitting on Dendrobium Delicatum
Default Leaf pitting on Dendrobium Delicatum

I have leaf pitting on a Dendrobium Delicatum. I have similar pitting on a couple of nearby Cymbidiums (though it isn't as severe). I appears on older leaves and new growth alike. I've been growing orchids for just over a year, so am a novice. I'm hoping that someone here has seen this before. Thanks to all for your help.

Looks like something is munching... bush snails come to mind, since they are too small to take full bites, they go after the first few layers of tissue on the surface. The fact that you have other nearby plants with the same symptoms, I'm going to suggest repotting, cleaning the old medium off as well as possible - on the Cyms as well as the Dens, and straight to the trash can for the old medium. If not bush snails, something that behaves similarly. Fresh medium should do the trick.
