Paphiopedilum with &quot;rusty&quot; brown spots on leaves Male
Red face Paphiopedilum with "rusty" brown spots on leaves
Here is a shot of my first Paphiopedilum. It has 'rusty' brown spots and lesions on its' established leaves. New growth is coming in well; but I want to prevent this ailment from spreading. Please help me identify and treat it accordingly.

Thank you for your time.

(I have done some extensive research; but am still quite unsure about identifying this problem. Please forgive me if this is a redundant or elementary question.) Noob
Constructive criticism welcome.
