Definitive book/s on Orchid Pests and Diseases

As a new orchid owner I want to be proactive when it comes to potential orchid problems. Is there one or more definitive books on orchid pests and diseases? I say definitive because I don't only want diaganosis and treatment, but good photo's illustrating the problem/s.

Orchid Pest and Diseases from the American Orchid Society (aos.org web site) is a good book with pics. Also Complete Guide to Orchids by Ortho Books available at most garden centers. About $20 for the book and this book covers all parts of growing 200 plus pages.
