Default Cause of this leaf damage on Phal? 🤔

This Phal Liodoro came with this damage, it hasn't spread. I haven't really seen damage like this before. It doesn't look like suburn to me but could it be? The circular pattern on the right looks concerning to my eye.

Probably it was eaten by an insect or a snail.

While the circular scar does look worrisome, it has long since dried up, so should no longer be a concern. It may have been an infection from an insect bite, or something along those lines.

Snail, slug, or insect bite damage. Old damage. Nothing to worry about unless those pests are still hanging out in the potting media. Snails and slugs are most visible at night or in the very early mornings.
