Click on "Go Advanced". Click on "Manage Attachments". Select your photo file from your computer. Click on "Upload". Type something in the document box. Click on "Submit Reply".
This is one way.
Another way is click on "Go Advanced". On top of the document box, there are a bunch of little icons. There is one icon that looks like a postcard with a series of little mountains and a sun on the top right corner. If you hover the cursor over the icon it will say "Insert Image". Click on that and type in your URL if your photo is on a website such as Flickr or Photobucket, (aka Uniform Resource Locator, it is a web address), then click on "OK". I don't use this method often, so to fine tune how to use this method, you can ask one of the moderators.
