My Phal Liodoro has these webbings on the top of two old spikes.
I remember a year ago I've found a tiny red spider living in between the bottom leaves and I let it be. But I have never seen it again but I suspect it's the author of this.

Why I think this is not mites? The web length reaches something like 3 in and one of them, one between spikes, is almost 4 in. This is too big for a spider mite webbing.

Plus, last summer I "treated" this plant against mites as I was suspecting an attack.

Do you think I'm correct?

I think you are....at least I hope so, as I've occasionally seen webbing very similar to that on one of my sarracinia.

I think you have an 8 legged houseguest. But if it were mine, the web would be full of cat hair. Lol

It looks to me like a regular spider web, not a mite web.

Could be bark lice (Psocoptera). They create small slightly random-looking webbing across plants. They're supposedly not damaging to the plants themselves (eat fungi and algae) but most bugs are a virus vector, so you need to be careful.
