I'm not an expert, but it looks like a mosaic virus CyMV that has been passed along due to some kind of cut in the leaf. It is passed from plant to plant by the tools used by the growers. I think it would be good to isolate the plants and call the grower if you have the option. (Although it is called Cymbidium Mosaic Virus, it can be passed along to other plants). If you have google just google the pictures of Cymbidium Mosaic Virus, and it will show you pictures that look like yours.
