leaf decoloration, posible clorosis?

I'm not an expert, but it looks like a mosaic virus CyMV that has been passed along due to some kind of cut in the leaf. It is passed from plant to plant by the tools used by the growers. I think it would be good to isolate the plants and call the grower if you have the option. (Although it is called Cymbidium Mosaic Virus, it can be passed along to other plants). If you have google just google the pictures of Cymbidium Mosaic Virus, and it will show you pictures that look like yours.

here is an update on how the plant is developing for the third growth on the same plant, looks like the leaf pattern could be acquired in a later stage. Ive found a ph meter for pools (reads exactly 7.8 or 6.4 nothing in between or less) from a friend and I now try to use water with 6.4 (when mixed both with my 20-20-20 fert and another one with a bunch of micronutrients it reads 6.4 prob the mixture lowers ph *its that even possible?*) so, thats what Ive got... comments gladly welcome

If your pH is it's fine for absorbing the micronutrients.

If it's a magnesium or iron deficiency the old leaves might not change with supplemental minerals. The new leaves, though, should grow out normally. If they don't I would be concerned about virus infection, as Optimist said.

If the meter reads nothing between or below the 7.8 and 6.4 values, your meter is likely malfunctioning. pH paper or test strips should be available to you (locally or through places like Amazon. I would try that for pH measurements.
