epidendrum leaf spotting

Hey all-

Over the past few week's I have noticed a leaf spotting on an epidendrum hybrid that I have inside growing under lights for the winter.

I think some of the old growths had some spotting under the leaves during last summer's growing season but since just before the holiday I've noticed an increase in under-leaf spotting and streaking on the top side. This continues until the leaves yellow and fall (as seen in the pic)

Since noticing it, I have begun weekly sprays with Physan-20 thinking it was something fungal and it seems to have slowed. Any thoughts?

It does look like it might be something bad. I wish I knew for sure. I think you are doing the right thing by spraying it. And I'm sure you have it isolated from the rest of your orchids. If not I sure would.
