Oncidium intergen strange leaf issues...input?

So, I’ve had this happenin some shape or form to a few leaves over the past few months to two of these plants. They’re actually a pair that were a singe plant divided. Every so often, a lead will have this happen, and I watch it, treat the plants with a misting of Inocucor regularly, have been periodically watering with Kelpmax, but this still happens! Just one leaf, the damage grows til I cut the leaf off to avoid damaging the pseudo somehow, then nothing more for a bunch of weeks.

Obviously, it can be difficult to tell from pics, but I hope someone has experienced something similar?
