Lighter spots on top of leaves, dark bumps on bottoms of leaves

Thanks! I usually don't water the orchids with tap water, but our tap water is high in calcium carbonate. I know their fertilizer also has calcium, but a little extra might be good in this case.

Usually I water them with condensed water, and sometimes I will mix some tap water into it, and very rarely I water them with tap water only. I will try adding more tap water and see how they like that.
