They aren't a problem. Just submerging the pot in a soapy solution (jabón potásico) and giving the ants a way to flee into the garden (a bridge so to say), and they will do so.
You would like it too before repotting! After three years that might be a good thing to do.

In my opinion there is no need to use pesticides.
So where are you in Spain? I'm in the Cadiz region.

I get ants when it's warm enough. The warm, damp bark is ideal for their nurseries, and there are always columns of ants criss crossing the ggreenhouse.
Every now and thenn, I will go water one plant, and the ants will come BOILING out of the pot, which can be a bit disconcerting.

In all honesty, I leave them alone. Usually after getting a good wetting, they move the nursery elsewhere. I am not bothered much with mealies, and I don't think the few I get in are brought in by the ants, altho I might be wrong. There are far worse pests that literally just drop out of the sky.
The ants do remove the sugary guttation droplets that I get on the Catasetinae, so they do keep them nice and clean.

After two days of being outside I noticed there were no more ants. So I decided to move the den to my bedroom again. It seems the ants went away!

So, I'll repot during the next growing season.

Yeah, you need to remember that those aren't ant nests, they are just the suburbs of the ant nest, and a slight chaange in position or just watering them can get them to up sticks and leave.

Ant problems are entirely controllable under professional care. Ants are very social insects that live in communities that depend upon each of the members for its survival. In these communities or colonies, ants form underground nests comprised of chambers and interconnecting tunnels where they store food, lay eggs, and maintain nurseries. Ants can extend these nests in trees or within structures such as your home. Professionals like [Exterminator Brookfield CT](Brookfield CT Pest Exterminators – YALE – Termite & Pest Elimination Corp.) are available in the Market for help. One can check it there or can search Online for more Options on the Internet.
