Dtps. Kenneth Schubert 'Blue Star' with mottled leaf coloration

So two 1/2 months ago I purchased a Dtps. Kenneth Schubert 'Blue Star'. It was making a small leaf and wasn't in bloom when it came. The medium it was in was very old and I repotted it right away. It seemed a bit shocked and the leaf stalled growing for a bit. This past month is is going crazy with root growth and the leaf has started to grow pretty fast. However...I noticed these weird small circular spots on the leaf with a dark center. I had no idea what they were so I put alcohol on it and put cinnamon on the spots. I haven't noticed anymore of that for a while but now the leaf has that weird mottled coloration...and just on that new leaf. Any suggestions?
