Welcome to the Orchid Board!
It looks pretty good to me. Most Phaius have spots most of the time. Their leaves are delicate, and easily damaged. They are among the orchids that really do much better in high humidity. The boxed journey was stressful. They don't like to dry out at all during the growing season.
Phaius and hybrids are used as landscape plants in the Deep South of the US. I have seen them sold in the garden section of Home Depot in Miami. They grow easily there. They are introduced species in Hawaii, and grow prolifically in one of the wettest parts of Kauai. Try and duplicate that sort of environment.
