Default Encylia polybulbon with white spots on medium

I dont even know what to describe in here, I believe pictures saw everything. It had been cloudy and hot recently It did rain hard like 4 days ago, and until today we had clear sunlight, but its the first time I ve seen such thing...
What am I supposed to do with such media and plants?!

I think that is fungus growing on dead organic matter in the medium. Warm and humid weather would encourage this.

The plant itself doesn't look happy. Epi. polybulbon likes a lot of water. It also likes cool temperatures, especially at night.
