Newly purchased Sogo Yukidian sick with something

Hi all. Went to the post office and came back with what looks to be a problem. This phal, a Sogo V3 was packed tightly in a liner with moss. I cut the liner away and worked for quite a while to get all the Moss Off The Roots. They were yellow and many were in the rotting stage. I repotted it and a mix of orchida, Pine bark and charcoal. I put her on a heat mat and sprayed her with physan 20. But I don't like the looks of her. It looks to me like there's several things going on. Any comments or advice is welcome.
