Leaf lesion help
Default Leaf lesion help

New to this so might not be up to date on terminology. Acquired this paph two weeks ago. Already had these lesions, have been stable (no change in size). The central one is located directly above a kink on the leaf underside which makes me suspect mechanical damage.

Thoughts? Mechanical or something I should be treating? If so, how?

Thanks!

Minor mechanical damage. Dry, so doesn't look like anything that's going to spread. Relax and enjoy... it's a plant, living things have imperfections. No worries.

Yes, it looks like minor physical damage, and nothing to be concerned about. In the third picture it appears that the leaf got bent against the rim of the pot. I doubt there are many people here who have orchids without any nicks.
