To me it looks like physical damage. It may have been slightly harmed in transport but the damage didn't really show itself until later. There's a possibility that the spot on the third flower could be something along the lines of botyritis, which can develop when flowers are left wet or in high humidity and low air movement. There's nothing you can do to cure it, you just have to wait it out until the flower fades or else snip the flower. In your case I'd leave it alone.

Other than the spots and stuff it seems to be very healthy. I noticed another flower with some damage and the tip of a stem that may have been broken?

Default Mechanical Damage

Agree with probable mechanical damage. As long as the spots don't begin to multiply, I would just keep an eye on it. Beautiful phal.

flower damage is really nothing to worry about....anything that affects the leaves, stem, or roots is problematic...

having said that, one should always keep an eye out for PESTS that land on your plant...mealybugs love to hide in the flowers, sucking the life out of your darling....same with scale and aphids....a daily examination should be a joy....it is with me, lol...
