IMO, the pot I can see is way too big. For each division that has it's own live roots, pot the division in a pot that will barely fit the roots. Follow estacion seca's advise and read The Phal abuse ends here.. It will help you care for your survivors.

I don't see clear evidence of insects, but you should probably look for evidence of those. Treat with appropriate insecticides (such as imidacloprid) if you find them.

I have helped people recover plants in worse shape. The fact that the leaves seem firm, even if scarred, is hopeful.

Tornado? Hurricane? Looks like they took a beating!

I don't see obvious bug damage. Some fungal damage on scars. They should survive but will be years before they look "pretty".
