Default dendrochilum magnum curled leaves and spots

I need help figuring out what's wrong with my dendrochilum magnum. Curling leaves,(which I believe is lack of water or low humidity issue) and but more importantly, recent spots that look like virus or fungal to me. Initially, I thought this plant suffered from mites, and treated it, but I don't see them. I repotted, and roots look fine.

Diagnosis and treatment please.

Default Leaf Curling/Cupping

Leaf curling/cupping often occurs from fungal infections. One of the fungus causing these symptoms includes Fusarium Wilt.I would think these symptoms would be related to something interfering with the orchid's water uptake.

However, I wouldn't rule out pests causing the symptoms. Hoping someone else can jump in with their thoughts.

Thanks Sharon. I'm starting to believe that curled leaves (Not all leaves) are just a lack of humidity/water issue unrelated to the leaf spots problem. Of course, I could be wrong.

The 4 Dendrochilum species I've grown are water hogs that don't do well if they get even close to dry. From now on I'm going to keep this genus in sphagnum moss only.

Thanks for that. I was quickly coming to the same conclusion. I repotted recently, but I'm going to repot again, this time with sphagnum.

If it is old leaves with the spots, part of this is just force of nature - it blooms from the new growth, and once it is done with old leaves, tends to shed them. It it got dry, that's very likely the case. If the new growth looks fine, there's no problem.

Thanks Roberta. It did get dry, and the leaf was an indeed an old leaf. Much appreciated.
