Default Phalaenopsis leaf at base with dark spots, dark edges, now soft spongy leaf

Hello,

I have a few orchids who've contracted the same funk. It appears the disease or virus is getting stronger and the Phals, weaker. It's been on these plants for a few months with no significant sign of stress to the plants, until now. Common among the group is the odd fungus or mold at the base of the newest leaf growth. Some have disfigured leaves. The sickest one the leaves are shriveling with the top one being almost spongy. I intend to isolate those with similar issues and treat them soon, but, with what? I haven't used any chemicals or pesticides for over a year, I was using Inocucor for the last couple months which is organic and suppose to be a helpful grow additive. Thoughts on Orothene, Diathene?

.. Thank you for looking at the images and any input or suggestions.

Kathy

I wish I could be of some help, sorry.
If you haven't already, isolate the effected plants from any others you may have. I hope some other members will have an idea of what you are dealing with.

The more I look at that, the more it seems something is eating your plants. Maybe something comes out at night and munches the leaves when you're sleeping, blissfully unaware?

I don't use poisons unless I know what I'm treating. I wonder about slugs, snails, crickets, sowbugs or earwigs eating your plants.
