Sick Oncidium Continuation
Default Sick Oncidium Continuation

So the continuation regarding my "sick" Oncidium, I decided to take it out of the pot again, I mean the bad part just simply had to go. So when It took everything out of the pot this is what I discovered. Practically NO ROOTS! The roots had all gone soft and mushy.

Another interesting thing is that I removed a browning sheath, and discovered something hidden under it. It looks like something that could have become a flower spike? Or I don't know what... Anyway, it's dead so what's the point.

Time to chuck out the lonely pseudobulb with new growth that turned soft and mushy...

(I added an older picture too of when the new growth was just starting to come out, before it turned yellowish and mushy)
