Purple, black, and raised spots. Should I be worried?

Hi, I bought this Lc. Trick or Treat in March from someone who was selling off their collection. I got it cheap because it wasn't in the greatest shape and I was hoping to bring it back to life. Long story short, it finally started a new growth in August but the growth has since stopped, maybe it's just taking a break?

Anyway, I wanted some opinions if the orchid is actually sick or not since I'm not entirely sure. It has some black spots on the older pseudobulb but it's still firm. There's purpling on the new leaf but I don't know if it's because it's just growing under lights. Also, there are some raised areas (on the new leaf I've highlighted it in red).

I would really appreciate if anyone can give some insight if this is anything to be worried about. I didn't worry at first because it was growing ok, but now that it's halted I'm not so sure.

Bifoliate catts growths raise their sizes as they grow year after year, i.e., the youngest are the biggest. So this one broke the pattern. That, together with the spots ad general look doesn't sound very good.
But I'm also waiting for replies 'cause I really don't know either.

The black on the old pseudobulb is common in older growths.

How recent are the other changes? The photo from above of the already-bloomed growth makes me wonder whether it burned being too close to the lights?

The leaf on the newest growth was slightly purple from the beginning when it started to grow out from the pseudo bulb. It's about 16cm/7 inches from the light. Everything else was pretty much how I got it when I bought it as far as I can remember.

It look like it got a bit "toasted" at some point. Once scorched, you just have to wait until those old growths and leaves are replaced by new ones. If grown outside, a sudden increase in sunlight can do this in minutes (I grow mostly outside, and March is prime time for burning things because the sun can suddenly clear obstacles such as house or trees and areas that were in shade are abruptly blasted) If the new growth develops normally, no worries. Patience...
