These started developing after the blooms opened. Rest of plant is super healthy-looking. I'm guessing it's some kind of fungus, would that be correct?
The spots look green from the other side, BTW.
It looks like botrytis, a pretty common fungal infection. I'm guessing that your plant is either in a humid area of you spray it regularly. This fungus gains a foothold under such conditions. Sadly you can't cure the flowers, but if you provide more air movement in among your plants (I use small fans) you should overcome it.
Thanks for confirming my suspicions... It's not my plant, but I'm gonna tell the owner to increase ventilation and give it a quick spray down with Captan just to be sure.
