Default tolumnia black spot, cut?

Got this in the mail a couple days ago. Concerned about the bigger black spot and also curious about all the little tiny ones.
Using the St. Augustine guide, I'm guessing it's bacterial infection. Any thoughts? These are from both sides of the leaf.

The small spots could be from bright light - the bigger one, could be some rot, but I'm far from certain - hopefully others with more knowledge about disease will chime in!

I don't know what it is. It might have been physically damaged and then chilled in packing or transit, and an infection set in. I would cut off the leaf as far below the spot as you could. These plants don't like being chilly, they don't like being wet or dry very long, and they really hate being chilly and wet.

Thanks estacion, it was chilly and wet in transit I'm sure. Some rotted roots today when I repotted, cut the leaf off as low as possible. I'll keep an eye on it.
