Default Do you think this is cymbidium mosaic virus?

I just found this yellow/brown cymbidium at Lowes that I really like but it shows these black spots. Does it look like mosaic virus? None of the others show these spots (they're all pink, blah) but if this one has it they probably all do right?

The black looks fungal to me. Do individual black spots go all the way through the leaf, appearing on top and bottom, or just on one side of the leaf?

Are those white dots over the pseudobulb just newspaper bits?

I hope it's just fungal because I bought it (I was at a far away store.) The white bits are crushed up perlite, I felt of it.

I'd treat the plant as fungal but also isolate it. Most likely, proper use of antifungal treatments will get rid of the problem and the plant will be fine, but by isolating it you safeguard the others.
