Slugs/bugs eating my Ludisia?

The past couple of weeks I've been posting a lot. I really appreciate your help - and here goes yet another post!

I just bought a Ludisia Discolor. I've never owned one before, but I had to buy it since it was so cheap (5 dollars)! I bought it in a poorly lit store and I tried to inspect the plants before picking one. However, when I came home and inspected it closely under lights, I think I definitely have a problem. I've never had an issue with another orchid that looked like this, but my guess is that it's some sort of snail or bug?
