I also can't help you but one thing I know: cymbs are plant with ugly leaves, always stained and spotted with who knows what.
The flowers, in fact it seems something's wrong.
The rosette flower was not a sign of virus but was mere fasciation. Nonetheless viruses can remain dormant until an onset of a different plague, in this case the snow mold! I attached a photo of its new growth showing signs of cymb mosaic virus which was when I decided to bin it.

I would suspect an earlier fungal problem. Without testing the plant, it is impossible to tell from these photos. I would isolate it until you have a year of new growth. If there are white striations on the new leaves, striped or "M" shaped, the probability of virus is pretty much confirmed.
