another fungus, bacteria or fungus? post... on a mini catt

This is a mini catt I got recently in bud...

while the bud was developing it started getting black spots on bud... just opened to today and there are slight spots on flower... parents (l. alaorii, c. pumila, c. coccinea) don't have spots in flowers, so not genetic... have another clone and it bloomed also and doesn't have spots...

so what do you think? fungus? bacteria? or fungus?

you'll note there are spots on leaves...
