Is it a new division? Are new growths starting? If you answer "no" to either, check the roots.

New divisions and new growths will use the resources in the pbulbs to get established, so some wrinkling is normal and acceptable.

I guess you could say there are new growths in between the leaves growing upwards. The leaves of that plant seems to be lighter green compared to the others too.

Once the roots develop on the new growths, the pbulb wrinkling should stop.

The difference in green intensity might be an indication of different light levels for the old leaves.
