Phal with brown bumps, scale? Safe pesticide for plants in spike?

This evening, I got three surprises from one of my phals! Two(!) spikes, and these little brown bumps on the leaves.







Best way to get rid of it without harming the spikes?

Easy peasy. Hit it with imacloporid, a systemic pesticide, two doses two weeks apart. Then keep a careful watch to see if any return.

If I get it I also hit all the plants surrounding it just in case.
