Brown spots on roots and dead roots

Hi I'm new here, I'm hoping someone can help me with my sick Phal. Last year it nearly died from crown rot due to my own lack of experience. I was advised to put cinnamon on the rot and it certainly helped. Recently it miraculously produced two really healthy looking new leaves from the old crown! But then I realised I had been so focused on the leaves that I hadn't noticed the the roots were dying. Most of the arial roots appear dead and the remaining two have brown spots on them. It is hard to see into the pot but the roots I can see are green. I also have another phal that may also have the same problem but it isn't certain. Can anyone help?

You still got some good roots, so just potted it up and it will survive. Water when dry

Thanks Campchi. You think I should repot it? Should I cut off the old roots? Do you think it has an infection that could spread?

I would give those roots a good soak for a few hours before doing any cutting. Some of them might plump out and green up.
