Thumbs up Strange Shaped Leaf...

Okay, so, this is an orchid given to me by my mother. Her name is Miracle because it'd take a miracle to get her back to a healthy state. Well, she's doing great! She's even got a pretty new spike growing! But! She has also grown out this strange shaped leaf. The leaf is green, stiff, and healthy but the shape is alarming. It looks as if the tip of the leaf almost detached itself completely from the rest of the leaf, then stopped toward the center of the leaf.
I first noticed after coming back fro celebrating my anniversary, so I wasn't able to watch the actual growing process. Any ideas? I doubt that it's fatal, but I want to know so I can prevent it from happening again. And googling "orchid leaf diseases" gives me a million irrelevant cases. Please help. And thank you for checking it out.

I would guess that somewhere, while being transported, the tiny leaf experienced some mechanical damage. Possibly, it got "smashed" a bit, enough to break the edges, but not the entire leaf, so it just kept growing.

Nothing to be concerned about, from a cultural perspective.

Hey Ray! Thank you for your response! Weird thing about this leaf is, it's a brand new leaf. Meaning, when I got it, it didn't have that leaf at all. It just started growing like that. It's just so bizarre...

Like Ray said. When the tiny leaf was developing, folded in half, something nicked the edge a little.

Happy Anniversary!
